Preliminary Discussion to the Entire Process Management of Construction Cost

随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,工程造价的全过程管理越来越得到各方重视,其对于合理确定,有效控制工程造价起到至关重要的作用。笔者就工程造价咨询单位在工程项目建设的各个阶段如何进行造价的全过程管理,根据自身经验,提出几点看法。

As the socialism market -oriented economy continues to develop and perfect, the entire process construction cost management becomes increasingly recognized by all parties, due to its key function of proper designing and controlling construction cost. The writer refers to his own experience, and raises some personal perspective of how to apply entire process management of construction cost during each important stages of the construction.
