广西中小水电开发对环境的影响及保护修复对策

Influence of mid-and small-scale hydropower resources development on environment of Guangxi and countermeasures

对广西中小水电水能资源开发现状及其对环境的影响进行了分析,提出了对已建问题电站进行整改、进行中小河流水力资源开发功能区划、开展广西中小水电水能资源开发规划、优化工程设计、施工期落实环境保护、注重生态运行等环境保护与修复对策。

Based on analysis of the current status of mid-and small-scale hydropower resources development in Guangxi and its influence on environment, the author put forward some environmental protection and restoration countermeasures such as renovating the constructed hydropower stations, zoning the water resources development function of mid-and small rivers, conducting mid-and small-scale hydropower resources development plan of Guangxi, optimizing engineering design, putting into effect environmental protection measures during construction, paying special attention to ecological operation.
