摘要
本文在传统力学基础上建立了短纤维增强复合材料的力学模型,研究了短纤维增强复合材料的力学性能和损伤过程.研究结果表明,短纤维与载荷方向之间的夹角对复合材料的强度影响很大;在复合材料的损伤过程中,纤维/基体的界面可阻滞裂纹扩展,有利于提高复合材料的强度.
In this paper, a mechanical model of short-fibre reinforced composite is established in terms of classical mechanics. Then the mechanical properties of the material and the process of its being damaged are studied. As a result, it is found that the angle formed by the short fibre and the load direction has a great effect on the strength of the composite and that during its failure the interface between the fibre and the matrix arrests the propagation of cracking and therefore is favourable to strengthening the composite material.
