清代是词选编撰的高峰时期,词选的兴盛表现在:编撰态度更为自觉;词选本身更为完善;各个词派都编有词选。词选兴盛的原因有多种,清代的学术背景与清人的文献存录意识是词选繁荣的根本原因;清代词与词学的发达是词选繁荣的外部原因;而出版印刷业的发展是词选繁荣的有利因素。

The collection of ci reached its prosperous time in the Qing Dynasty. At that time, the attitude of editing was more serious, the collections themselves were perfected day by day, and each school of ei had its own collection. There are many reasons of this prosperity ： the ultimate one is the academic background and the consciousness of recording the literary works in the Qing Dynasty; the external cause is the flourish of ci and the related theory in the Qing Dynasty; and the advantageous action is the development of publishing and printing industry.
