梯矩形立体连续传质塔板在氯丁二烯精馏中的应用和计算机模拟

Application and computer simulation of trapezoidal-rectangular three-dimensional spraying continuous mass-transfer tray in chloroprene distillation

摘要 将生产氯丁二烯(CP)的减压精馏塔的穿流筛板改为梯矩形立体连续传质塔板,并用计算机对精馏过程进行了模拟,建立了相平衡数学模型,求取了流体力学参数。工业运行试验结果表明,改造后的精馏塔按照求取的流体力学参数运行,CP的纯度明显提高;CP的回收率由原来的98.8%提高到99.2%,结焦量减少,使CP的质量、生产效率提高,精馏塔的运行周期延长。 The dual-flow sieve tray was replaced with trapezoidal-rectangular three-dimensional spraying continuous mass-transfer tray (LLC-Tray) in a chloroprene (CP) vacuum distillation column, the computer simulation of distillation process was con- ducted, the mathematical model of phase equilibri- um was established and the hydromechanics parameters were calculated. The industrial operation showed that the purity of CP improved dramatically when the vacuum distillation column with LLC-Tray based on the calculated parameters. The yield of CP increased from 98.8% to 99.2%, the amount of coke deposite reduced. As a result, the quality and production efficiency of CP enhanced, and the operation period of distillation system prolonged.
