摘要
用液体不饱和聚合物增容剂对废旧轮胎胶粉进行表面活化处理,制备了废旧轮胎胶粉改性沥青(CRMA),考察了其储存稳定性,并与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青的流变性能进行比较。结果表明,经表面活化处理的胶粉在基质沥青中的分散性得到明显改善;与胶粉直接改性沥青相比,活化胶粉改性沥青的储存稳定性好;基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、活化胶粉改性沥青三者相比,以最后者的高温抗车辙性能、抗疲劳开裂性能和抗低温开裂性能最好,基质沥青最差。
The surface ofcn.rnb mbberwas treated by blending with unsaturated polyner compatibilizer, and the asphalt modified with activated crumb mbberwas prepared. The rheobgical characteristics of the modified asphalt were studied and compared with those of styrene-butadiene-styrene bbck copoly- mer (5t3S) modified asphalt. The results showed that the dispersion of activated crumb robber in matrix asphalt was inproved. The storage stability of activated crumb robber modified asphalt was better than that of untreated crumb robber modified asphalt, The activated crtrnb rubber modified asphalt was better in rotting resistance at high temperature, fatigue crocking resistance and cracking resistance at bw temperature than those of SBS modified asphalt and matrix asphalt.
