摘要
考察了模压温度对用自制的负载钛催化体系[TiCl4/MgCl2-A1(i-Bu)3]合成的聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体(PB-TPE)的结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在较高模压温度(140℃或160℃)下,PB-TPE的结晶度高,综合力学性能好,拉伸100%变形小,滞后损失小。
The effects of molding temperature on the structure and properties of poly-l-butylene thermoplastic elastomer (PB-TPE) were investigated, which was polymerized using self-made supported catalyst TiCl4/MgCl2-Al ( i-Bu)3. The results showed that the comprehensive mechanical properties of PB-TPE were better; The deformation (tensile at 100% ) and hysteresis loss of PB - TPE were small, and the crystallinity was high at higher molding temperature(140℃ or 160℃ ).
