摘要
分别以苯乙烯(St)和对乙烯基苯磺酸钠(NaSS)为主单体和功能单体,通过引入第三单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)和甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)来提高St和NaSS的共聚几率,制备出了高磺酸基含量的聚合物乳液。结果表明,聚合反应进行平稳,单体转化率高于93.8%;当单体中St/MMA/NaSS/DVB/EGDMA(摩尔比)为62.5/12.5/25/3/2时,所得乳液粒径为112.5 nm;聚合物乳液经甲醇抽提纯化48 h后损失的质量分数为6.49%,纯化后产物中的NaSS单元的摩尔分数为20.1%,接近其理论值23.8%。
Since sulphonate-containing polymer microspheres have potential application as proton exchange membrane in fuel cells, many researches have been focused on this area recently. However, how to increase the content of sulphonate groups in polymer is still a key problem. In this work, methyl methacrylate ( MMA), divinyl benzene (DVB) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) were applied to increase copolymerization opportunity of sodium styrene sulfonate (NaSS) with styrene ( St ) via emulsion polymerization, and crosslinked polymer latex with high content of sulphonate groups was obtained.
