摘要
过去的十多年间,荷兰学派分析的技术哲学在分析哲学和经验转向纲领的共同作用下发展壮大。在没有真正贯彻经验转向纲领之前,采用部分论的分析方式的传统分析哲学的进路不能胜任技术哲学研究。在还原的工程进路中,经验转向纲领得到实施,实践性推理是主要推理方式,具有还原性质的工程方法论被用于支撑哲学分析。但还原性质导致无穷倒退困境,使得还原的工程进路只能解决部分技术认识论的核心问题。非还原的工程进路基于分析哲学整体论的分析方式,彻底贯彻了经验转向纲领,采用非还原性质的工程方法论和工程数学支撑哲学分析,完整地解决了核心问题。非还原的工程进路是基于工程师思维方式的分析的技术哲学,是"工程设计哲学"。
During past decades,the Analytical Philosophy of Technology(APT) in Holland School was developed by the Analytical Philosophy and the Empirical Turn in the Philosophy of Technology.Before the principles of Empirical Turn were performed,APT adopted the meristic analytical method and it was found that it did not work well.By the reductive approach of APT,the principles of Empirical Turn were performed.Practical reasoning was the main method of reasoning and the reductive methodology of engineering was used to support the philosophical analysis. However, the reductive approach cannot solve the whole core problem of Epistemology of Technology. The non--reductive approach of APT adopted the holistic analytical method and performed the principles of Empirical Turn completely. Non--reductive methodologies of engineering and engineering mathematics were used to support the philosophical analysis and the core problem was accomplished. The non--reductive approach of APT is an APT with engineering's perspective and it is a Philosophy of Engineering Design.
