摘要
针对游梁式抽油机井的生产过程建立了以机械效率为目标函数对抽汲参数和下泵深度进行优化的数学模型,并以现场数据进行了仿真研究,结果表明,该模型对实际生产具有很好的指导作用。
The technology of sucker rod system is developed rapidly in the world. This paper had a primary summary of the technologies for mathamatical model and parameter optimization based on a great deal of data which had been looked up, on the basis of which the process of production for the pumping wells was simulated with a block diagram. A model of optimization design of the suction parameters and pump deepth of the pumping wells was established with an objective function of system efficiency. The simulation result had the positive significance for improving system efficiency and saving energy.
