摘要 碳水化合物是反刍动物日粮的重要组成部分,平衡其添加水平与组成是保证动物健康,实现其最大生产能力的重要途径。本文主要阐述了一种以瘤胃降解特性为基础的新碳水化合物分类系统及其对利用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质系统(CNCPS)进行估测的影响。 Carbohydrates (CHO)is a crucial part of ruminant diets.Balancing CHO in diets is necessary to maximize production and assure the health of the animals.In this paper,a CHO fractionation scheme based on ruminal degradation characteristics needed for nutritional models was described and its impact on predictions with the Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System(CNCPS)was assessed.
