摘要
目的观察基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)及其抑制剂(TIMP-1)在兔实验性骨关节炎中的表达,探讨骨关节炎的发病机制是否与MMP-1及TIMP-1的异常表达有关。方法20只日本大耳白兔随机分为2组:A组正常对照组,B组模型组。B组用1.6%木瓜蛋白酶膝关节腔内注射,建立兔膝骨关节炎模型,4周后观察软骨组织形态学的变化及软骨中MMP-1、TIMP-1的表达。结果B组软骨病理损害程度重于A组(P<0.01),MMP-1表达明显高于A组(P<0.01),TIMP-1表达高于A组(P<0.05)。结论MMP-1与TIMP-1与骨关节炎软骨退变有关,其异常表达在骨关节炎关节软骨退变的病理过程中发挥关键作用。
[Objectives] To observe the expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 of cartilage in rabbits with KOA, to explore whether there is relation between pathogenesy of 0A and expression of M MP-1 and TIMP-1. [ Methods ] 20 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group, model group, made KOA models by injecting papain to the right knees of rabbits in group B, 4 weeks later, observe the changes o[ pathomorphology in cartilage and expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1. [Results] The degree of pathological lesion in group B was higher than group A (P 〈0.01), expression of MMP-1 was higher than gruoup A (P 〈0.01), expression of TIMP-1 was higher than gruoup A (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] MMP-1 and TIMP-1 may be invovled in the pathogenesy of OA, they' are very important in the degeneration of cartilage in OA.
