家庭病床管理模式在门诊鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用

Home care service management model applied for irradiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma outpatient

目的探讨门诊鼻咽癌放疗患者开设家庭病床管理模式的可行性。方法对131例门诊鼻咽癌患者开设家庭病床,并进行管理和放疗治疗。结果家庭病床的开设,减少了治疗费用,达到了与住院患者相同的临床效果。结论家庭病床管理模式能为门诊鼻咽癌放疗患者提供经济、便捷的治疗和追踪途径,具有一定临床推广价值。

【Objective】To investigate the feasibility of home care service management model applied for irradiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma outpatient. 【Method】131 outpatients were irradiated and managed under home care service. 【Result】Home care service management model used for outpatient could reduce the cost and achieve the same clinical goals of in-patient. 【Conclusion】 Home care service management model is economy and convenient way for treatment and trace of nasopharyngeal carcinoma out-patient.
