典型编织结构复合材料强度性能的预测

摘要 以Tsai-Wu强度准则为基础,将三维编织复合材料看作横观各向同性材料,从而对Tsai-Wu强度准则的各阶强度张量系数进行简化,提出了一种计算三维编织复合材料拉伸强度的理论方法。计算了不同编织角和纤维体积分数下,三维四向和正交三向编织复合材料的拉伸强度,并探讨了编织角和纤维体积分数对编织复合材料强度性能的影响,计算结果与实验结果符合较好。 Based on the second-rank expression for Tsai-Wu criteria, a theoretic method is proposed to predict tension strength of 3D braided composites. In this method, the 3D braided composites are regarded as traverse isotropy materials; thereby the tensor coefficients of every rank of Tsai-Wu rule are decided by predigesting. Effects of braided angle and fiber volume fraction to strength are calculated. Calculation results indicate that the predicted strength of 3D braided composites agrees quite well with the results of tensile experiment.
