摘要
针对基于闪络毁伤机理的反电力系统弹药,探讨了其装填物和毁伤元素:导电液溶胶材料需具备的主要性能,包括导电性能、抗清除性能、闪络性能、贮存性能和高低温性能5个方面;提出了一种以改性丙烯酸树脂为基料的银包铜系导电液溶胶原理配方,重点分析了导电粒子、稀释剂以及偶联剂含量等对导电性能的影响规律,初步试制出了材料样品,并对样品进行了综合性能测试。测试结果表明,试制出的材料样品导电性能较高,附着力强,抗溶剂性能好,高低温性能稳定,综合性能良好。采用该材料样品进行了闪络毁伤试验,对绝缘子的毁伤效果明显,证明该种材料具有应用前景,并为进一步的研究打下了重要基础。
An ammunition against power systems based on the mechanism of high-voltage flashover is proposed. The essential properties of the damaging elements (conductive fluid sol) are discussed, including electrical conductivity, anti-removal property, flashover property, long-term storage property and high/low temperature stability. The sample of conductive fluid sol is trialmanufactured with the modified acrylic resin as binder and silverplating copper particles as conductive filler. The effects of the relative amounts of filler, thinner and coupling agents on the electrical conductivity are analyzed. In view of the physical and chemical properties, it is shown that the sample enjoys good performance. The simulation damage test shows that the sample has a good damage property against insulator and the conductive fluid sol has a promising prospect. The results lay a foundation for further researches.
