大中型工业企业科技经费与产值关系研究

Research on the Different Relationship about the Investment of the Science and Technology Outlay and the Output Value among Different Provinces——Take the Large and Medium-scale Industry for Example

文章利用Cobb-Douglas生产函数面板数据模型,重点研究了我国大中型工业企业科技经费投入与产值能力的关系,发现我国省际科技经费对大中型工业企业的产值能力的影响存在很大差异,尤其目前中、西部地区加大科技经费生产投入对大中型工业企业的产值能力的影响要大于东部地区。

Based on the panel data Cobb - Douglas model, the Research on the Different Relationship about the investment of the science and technology outlay and the output value among different provinces is carried out in large and medium - scale industry. We conclude that the output ability of the science and technology outlay in large and medium- scale industry is differed greatly among provinces, and the influence is more remarkable when the same funds are invested to the central and west section of Chinese large and medium - scale industry.
