摘要
加入WTO，为我国工程承包公司开拓国际市场上提供了良好的机遇，也增加了许多不确定性的因素。本文结合国际工程的特点，对国际工程主要风险因素进行了总结和分类，为国际工程项目的风险管理奠定基础。
Joining WTO provides Chinese engineering contracting companies enjoy excellent opportunity in exploring international market, while having more uncertain factors. In this paper, combining the characteristics of international engineering projects, the main risk factors of international engineering projects are summarized and classified to lay a foundation for risk management.
