金融危机下我国农民工回流后的人力资源开发分析

受国际金融危机的影响，我国部分企业特别是沿海地区企业生产经营遇到困难，用工需求减少。农民工大量回流，凸显了国际金融危机对我国实体经济的影响，打乱了农民工正常的生活与就业，给农村人力资源的管理带来了严重的挑战，也影响到全社会的安定。本文从农民工回流的特征，回流后的现状出发，分析影响农民工回流的因素，重点探析了农民工回流后人力资源开发的路径。

Affected by global financal crisis, parts of enterprises in coastal areas faces difficulties in operation, and the demand for employee decreases. The great return of peasant workers indicates the effect on Chinese economic given by financal crisis, and upsets the peasant workers＇ normal life and job. This situation challenges the human resource management in rural areas and the social stability. The author analyzes the influence factors of peasant workers＇ return and human resource development way after the return based on the features and present situation of return.
