国产替考拉宁治疗医院获得性革兰阳性球菌下呼吸道感染的临床研究

Teicoplanin for Treatment of Hospital-acquired Lower Respiratory Tract Infection by Gram-positive cocci

目的比较国产替考拉宁治疗中、重度医院获得性革兰阳性球菌下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照平行试验设计进行研究,治疗组32例,给予国产替考拉宁治疗;对照组31例,给予进口替考拉宁治疗;疗程均为7-14 d。结果治疗组和对照组的临床痊愈率分别为37.5%和35.5%;有效率分别为78.1%和80.6%;细菌清除率分别为88.5%和87.5%;不良反应发生率分别为3.1%和3.2%;以上指标差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论国产替考拉宁治疗医院获得性革兰阳性球菌下呼吸道感染是有效和安全的,与进口替考拉宁相比差异无统计学意义。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic teicoplanin in the treatment of moderate to severe hospital-acquired lower respiratory tract infections by Gram-positive cocci.METHODS A randomized comparative study was used.Thirty-two patients were divided into trial group treated with domestic teicoplanin as well as 31 patients into control group treated with imported teicoplanin.RESULTS The cured rate,effective rate,bacterial clearance rate were 37.5%,78.1% and 88.5% in trial group and 35.5%,80.6% and 87.5% in control group.The incidences of adverse reaction of them were 3.1% and 3.2%.There was no significant difference about these parameters between them.CONCLUSIONS Domestic teicoplanin is an effective and safe antibiotic in the treatment of hospital-acquired lower respiratory tract infection by Gram-positive coccus.
