摘要
目的探讨复方煤焦油洗剂治疗银屑病的药效学机制。方法采用小鼠尾鳞片表皮、鼠阴道上皮实验模型,观察复方煤焦油洗剂对上皮细胞分裂及表皮细胞分化的影响;采用豚鼠磷酸组织胺致痒阈模型,观察其抑制瘙痒的作用;采用角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀模型,观察其抗炎作用。结果复方煤焦油洗剂有显著的抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂及增殖细胞核抗原表达、促进小鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的作用,能显著提高磷酸组织胺对豚鼠的致痒阈,可使角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀显著减轻。结论复方煤焦油洗剂可抑制角质形成细胞增殖、促进角质形成细胞正常分化,有明显抑制瘙痒和急性炎症的作用。
OBJECTIVE Research on pharmacodynamics mechanism of Compound Coal Tar Lotion. METHODS With the mouse tail scale epidermis and rat vaginal epithelium experimental model to observe Compound Coal Tar Lotion's effect on the epithelial cell division and epidermic cell differentiation;With guinea pig phosphoric acid model of histamine-induced itch to observe its role in inhibiting pruritus; Using carrageen-induced rat paw edema model, to observe its anti-inflammatory effects. RESULTS Compound Coal Tar Lotion significant inhibition of mouse vaginal epithelial cells in mitosis and proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression, and prompt mouse tail scale epidermis granular layer formation, and also can significantly en- hance the phosphorylation of the guinea pig histamine-induced itch and reduce angle ocellatus glue-induced rat paw edema significantly. CONCLUSION Compound Coal Tar Lotion can inhibit keratinocyte proliferation,prompt normal keratinocyte differentiation,and suppress the pruritus and the acute inflammation function obviously.
