摘要
很多企业受金融危机的影响降低员工待遇、"裁员",造成企业员工对企业的信任危机,忠诚度降低。金融危机下人力资源管理策略要有针对性地进行调整:加大投资留住核心员工,完善培训规划体系提高员工业务水平,合理利用薪酬管理激励员工积极性,沟通协调到位增强员工心理应对能力,建设企业内部文化增强员工之间的凝聚力。
Many enterprises, influenced by financial crisis, have cut down the treatment of employees and even the numbers, resulting in crisis of confidence and the reduction of loyalty. The adjustments to the management of human resources should be well targeted during financial crisis: to increase the investment to retain key employees, to improve the planning system of staff training, to use rationally the payment management to inspire the employees, to put the communication and coordination in right place to enhance the employees' psychological coping capacity, to build enterprise culture and to enhance the cohesion among the staff.
