Optimization of cutting parameters based on fuzzy analysis method

摘要 选择切削深度、进给量和切削速度为评价因子,表面粗糙度、切削力和材料去除率为评价指标,应用正交法设计切削试验.基于试验数据,分别运用模糊关系综合评价法和模糊向量单值化法这两种模糊分析方法对切削参数进行综合评价,并获得了一致的结果;运用响应面法(RSM)建立综合评价预测模型并验证模型的准确性.研究表明,采用模糊分析方法进行基于多指标的切削参数优化有较好的应用效果.图1,表10,参11. By using orthogonal method a cutting experiment was designed, in which cutting depth and feed rate and cutting speed were selected as evaluation factor, and surface roughness and cutting force and material removal rate were selected as evaluation indexes. Based on the test data and by using two fuzzy analytical methods of uniformization of fuzzy vector and comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy relation, the comprehensive evaluation on cutting parameters were done and two same results were obtained. The predictive mode of comprehensive evaluation was built by the method of Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and verified by experiments. The research shows that the application of fuzzy analysis method on multi-index optimization of cutting parameters get better application result, lfig., lOtabs., 1 lrefs.
