摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料,苯为带水剂,磷钨酸为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),通过正交实验法探索催化剂的催化性能以及新工艺的最佳条件,结果表明:在邻苯二甲酸酐与正丁醇的摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂用量为反应物总量的3.0%左右,反应时间3.0h,带水剂用量为反应物总量40.9%时产率可达99.0%.图1,表6,参6.
Dibuty phthalate (DBP) was synthesized by catalysis of phosphotungstieacid with phohalic anhydride and n-butyl alcohol. It studied the activity of the catalysis as well as the suitable conditions of the new technolegy by orthogonal expriment. The results showed that the productivety of DBP is up to 99.0% under the following eondiations : the molar ratio of phthalie anhydride to n- butyl alcohol is 1:3 , the ratio of the amount of catalyst to total react is about 3.0% (m), the reaction time is 3.0 h , and the ratio of the amount of water-carrying agent to total react is about 40.9%(m). lfig. ,6tabs. ,6refs.
