精益生产方式下生产线人力资源配置的高效性

The Efficiency of Human Resource Allocation in the Lean Product System

精益生产方式中生产线的人力资源配置的高效化,对于有效提高生产效率,节约成本起到了重要作用。特别是精益方式中的增加有效劳动时间、多工序生产和打破定员制度的方法在流水线生产中可以一定程度地实现人力资源配置的高效化。并从而达到降低机器的运转率,增加人力资源的有效劳动时间以及削减成本的目的。因此我国应该从人力资源管理角度重新认识并引进精益生产方式,为拯救金融危机下的汽车及其他大型制造型企业提供参考。

The mode of human resource allocation of lean product system is important point to improve the efficiency of human resource. Because of the global economic crisis, how to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency is the key to help the manufacturing enterprise get through the crisis. This paper analyzed the mode of increase the effective work hours, multiple operation procedure and breaking fixed staff number. At last this paper put forward that the enterprise in China should enmprehend and transplant the lean product system from the view of human resource management.
