我国工业行业增长与环境协调性评价——基于方向性距离函数实证分析 被引量:7

Evaluation on the Harmonious Degree between Growth and Environment of Chinese Industries——Empirical Analysis based on the Directional Distance Function

摘要 工业增长是一个国家发展的重要标志,同时也是破坏环境的主要力量。文章在介绍了方向性距离函数的特性,同时考虑了"好"产出的增长、"坏"产出减少的环境技术效率。利用工业行业面板数据,从产业层面测算了我国36个工业行业环境技术效率,评价了2001—2007期间各行业年增长与环境协调性的状况。研究表明,文章所用的模型能恰当地反映行业"又好又快"发展状况,具有一定的实际指导意义。 Industrial development is the important symbol of a country development and it is also the important power of producing environmental pollution. This paper introduces the properties of directional distance function and environmental technical efficiency, taking into account of the growth of "good" output and the reduction of "bad" output at the same time. With the industries panel data, we estimate environmental technical efficiency of our country' 36 industries, evaluates the harmony of the growth and Environment from 2001 to 2007. The result has shown that this type of models can properly reflect the industry "the better and faster" development, has some practical guide significance.
