摘要 国外组织管理理论的梳理历来是众多学者争相探讨的一个问题,时至今日学者们对该问题的探讨仍然莫衷一是。文章首先对国外组织管理理论梳理的研究进行了简要的回顾,并采取目前影响较为广泛的基于历史演进的视角将其划分为古典管理理论、行为科学理论和现代管理理论,并对其局限性进行了分析;在此基础上,提出基于人性假设视角对其进行重新梳理并将其划分为经济人学派、社会人学派、自我实现人学派和复杂人学派。文章致力于为组织管理理论的梳理研究提供一个全新的研究视角,以其为管理理论的梳理研究奉献微薄之力。 Carding of foreign organizational management theory is an issue which has been explored eagerly by many scholars, and till now it couldn't get a identieal opinion. This article gives a brief review on research on foreign organizational managemenl theory, divides it into Classical Management Theory, Behavioral Science Theory and Modem Management Theory based on the historical perspective which is very. popular presently, and analyzes its limitation. On this basis, it is re-carded on the perspective of human nature assumption and is divided into economic human being school, social human being school, self actualizing human being school and complex human being school. This artiele offers a new perspective for carding research on organizational management theory, and makes its limited contribution to carding researeh of management theory.
