摘要
文章以中国科学院青年科技人才激励为研究对象,根据中科院青年科技人才问卷调查显示的激励现状和存在问题,归纳出青年科技人才作为知识型员工的主要特征,通过借鉴国外科研院所对青年科研人才激励的政策,提出青年科技人才激励的建议。
This paper has a study on the incentive of young scientists and technicians of Chinese academy of sciences. According to the incentive status and exiting problems displayed in the survey of young scientists and technicians of Chinese academy of sciences, the paper summarizes the main characteristics of young scientists and technicians which are thought as knowledge - based employees and provides, at last, advices on inspiring young scientists and technicians.
