摘要
文章系统阐述了组织支持理论的产生和发展,组织支持感的概念、结构以及国内外相关研究进展,并对组织支持理论今后进一步的研究进行了展望。
This paper illustrated the evolution and development of organizational support theory, introduced the conception and structure of perceived organizational support and related research on this issue in home and abroad, and also pointed out the orientation of further study in such regard.
