农户对新型农村合作医疗制度的满意度分析——基于湖南省中方县的调查数据

An Analyzing on Satisfaction of the New Cooperative Medical Scheme System——Based on the Survey Data of Zhongfang County,Hunan Province

文章以农民对新型农村合作医疗制度的主观满意度及其影响分析为研究对象,采用湖南省怀化市中方县的调查数据,运用有序Logistic回归模型对农户主观满意度影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:报账起点、新型农村合作医疗的覆盖面、报账手续繁杂程度和定点医院条件对农户的满意度具有显著的影响。

In this paper, Based on the investigation data of the Zhongfang county, Huaihua city, Hunan province, It analyses the farmers subjective satisfaction to the new cooperative medical care and It＇s impact factors. The study founds： accounting starting point, The coverage of new type of rural cooperative medical care, whether it is complexity of accounting prneedures and conditions of hospitals have significant effects to the satisfaction farmers, and finally this paper makes recommendations to improve the new rural cooperative medical system.
