摘要
论述了数字样机技术的基本功能,分析了柴油机产品研发对数字样机技术的需求。对数字化柴油机产品研发技术体系的构成要素,如流程及任务管理技术、设计规范、数据及数据库管理技术、软件工具应用、数字化建模技术、数字化仿真技术和协同技术进行了研究。提出了构建产品研发技术平台的框架并简要介绍了中国北方发动机研究所构建的数字化柴油机研发技术平台。
The basic functions of digital prototype were discussed, and the requirements of diesel engine research and development for digital prototype were analyzed. The principal elements of research and development system, which included the flow and task management, the design specification, the data and database management, the software application, the numerical modeling, the simulation technology and the process collaboration, were researched. The framework of research and development platform based on digital prototype was put forward and the developed platform by China North Engine Research Institute for digital prototype was summarily introduced.
