高压共轨燃油喷射系统可靠性测试平台的开发 被引量:2

摘要 设计开发了高压共轨燃油喷射系统的可靠性测试平台。根据系统失效模式设计了系统可靠性判据和测试平台的总体结构,详细论述了可靠性相关参数的测量方法和系统故障的判断方法以及测控软件的设计方法。试验结果表明,该试验平台设计合理,可方便地进行系统可靠性测试。 The reliability test platform for high-pressure common rail system was developed. According to the failure mode of system, the reliability criterion and the platform structure were designed. The measurement of reliability related parameters, the identification of system faults and the design of software were introduced in detail. The result indicates that the designed platform is feasible for testing system reliability.
