摘要
主要评述了新型的食品粉碎机:微粉碎机、超细粉碎机、胶体磨、超音波式均质机、超低温粉碎机的结构、性能和应用,提出了今后食品粉碎技术的前景和发展方向。
This article is mainly introduce the works and results of grinding technology. The properties of new pulverizer were described special in constriction, property and apply of new type of superfine pulverizer, ultrafine impact pulverizer, colloid, supersonic ware isotropic grinder, ultrelow temperature grinder, progress and development of the new grinding, technology in future were proposed.
