摘要
采用乙腈直接提取饼干中富马酸二甲酯,水定容过滤后乙腈-磷酸水溶液淋洗,用反相高效色谱法测定其中富马酸二甲酯的含量,方法线性范围（0.01~0.25）mg/L,最低检测限为0.1mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.7%,回收率在70.8%~100.6%,该方法简便、快速,稳定可靠。
The determination of dimethyl fumarate has been studied by HPLC. After the cookie is extracted with acetonitrile, and diluted, it can be determined by HPLC. The detection limit of dimethyl fumarate is 0.1 mg/ kg with relative standard deviation is 1.8%~5.7%. The recoveries of the compositions are 70.8%~100.6%. The method is simple, efficient and accurate and suitable for analysis of dimethyl fumarate in cookies.
