介绍梅钢炼焦分厂的焦炉煤气余热回收研究工作,对焦炉荒煤气余热回收相关问题进行了研讨与实验,开展了传热分析与模拟计算,并进行了焦炉上升管热量回收实验系统与装置的设计和试验,为以后相关焦炉荒煤气余热回收利用奠定了基础。

It introduces the research on the recycle of residual heat of Coke-oven Crude Gas in the coke factory of Meishan Iron ＆Steel Company. It also introduces the discussion and experiment taken for related issues on the waste heat recovery of coke oven gas, and the analysis and simulation of heat transfer carried out, and the heat recovery experimental system and device design and testing on the coke oven riser conducted, which makes the foundation to carrying out the related work about recycling waste heat of coke oven gas for the future.
