摘要
大体积混凝土温度控制要求严格,通水冷却是保证其施工质量的有效方法之一。在投标阶段如何确定其通水时间及通水量以指导合理的报价是一个很大的问题。就混凝土通水冷却问题从混凝土冷却水管埋管冷却原理、非金属冷却水管等效换算、混凝土一期、二期通水冷却计算等几个方面进行说明,为混凝土通水冷却计算提供了一定的经验。
Mass concrete temperature control requirements are very strict and one of effective methods to ensure construction quality is water cooling.During bidding stage,how to determine water cooling time and water amount to give guidance to reasonable quoted price emerges a critical issue.This paper gives description on cooling principles for water pipes embedded in concrete,equivalent conversion of nonmetal cooling water pipe,the first stage water cooling computation for concrete and the second stage water cooling computation for concrete.Experiences are provided to concrete water cooling computation.
