高校教师参加体育锻炼动机和制约因素的调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对高校教师参加体育锻炼的动机和制约因素进行研究。结果表明:高校教师参加体育锻炼动机主要集中在强身健体、缓解工作压力和疲劳、养成健康生活习惯、休闲娱乐和满足体育兴趣上,制约因素主要表现为太忙没有时间、缺乏场地器材、没有体育锻炼习惯、缺乏组织指导和没毅力怕吃苦等;高校教师参加体育锻炼以及部分动机和制约因素的人数比例在各年龄段上呈现出较为明显或相对的特征。从宣传教育、组织指导、加大投入和教师主动等方面为促成高校教师体育生活方式提出建设性意见。 This paper examines college teachers' motives in physical training and the restraining factors by means of literature review, questionnaires, and mathematic statistics. The study finds out college teachers, when doing physical training, are mainly intent to keep fit, to ease working stress and weariness, to develop a healthy living style, and to entertain themselves and their interest in sports, but in the meantime, they are frequently restrained by the following factors: no more free time for it, inadequate venue equipment, not accustomed to it, short of organized instructions and no perseverance for taking pains. And the paper also points out that different age group shows distinct or relatively distinct characteristics in the numbers of the teachers who take physical training for one of the motives and who can't do with different restraining factors. At the end, some constructive suggestions like giving more publicity, organized instructions, and more commitment, as well as encouraging teachers' initiative are offered to prompt them to form a healthy style for physical training.
