摘要
测定了禽病原性大肠杆菌O78166分离株超声波裂解Al(OH)3佐剂苗免疫21d后的外膜蛋白抗体和脂多糖抗体,同时测定了攻毒对照及健康对照鸡的上述抗体.免疫鸡群攻毒后健活鸡的外膜蛋白抗体与死亡鸡、严重病变鸡间相应抗体差异极显著(P<0.01),攻毒对照鸡群中健活鸡与死亡鸡、严重病变鸡间外膜蛋白抗体差异显著(P<0.05),脂多糖抗体在上述两组的健活鸡与死亡鸡、严重病变鸡间的差异不显著(P>0.05).
Before challenging, the level of antibody to outer membrane proteins (OMPs) and lipopolysaccharides (LPS) of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli isolate O 78 166 was determined in the experiment group chickens which were vaccinated with the ultrasonic inactivations vaccine of E. coli O 78 166 isolate and the positive control group chickens which were not vaccinated but challenged with the same strain. In vaccinated chickens, the average antibody titer to OMPs of survivor chickens with no gross lesions was very significantly higher than that of dead and survivors with severe gross lesions (extensive fibrinous airsacculitis, pericarditis or perihepatitis) ( P <0 01); In positive control chickens, the difference of the average antibody titer to OMPs was significant ( P <0 05) between the survivors with no gross lesions and dead or survivors with severe gross lesions. While the difference of average antibody titer to LPS between the vaccinated and positive control chickens was not significant( P >0 05). These results showed that the protection was positively related to the production of OMPs antibodies but not to the LPS antibodies.
