摘要
90年代组织扁平化、分布式、面向团队(team_oriented)的发展趋势为充分开发CSCW的潜能创造了新的机遇。但是,企业信息系统在急于接纳这样一项新技术以改善组织效能的同时,由于存在传统技术的束缚,围绕着人、流程、组织、文化方面的障碍,必然阻力重重,为了实现自身的战略目标,企业必须作出相应的努力。本文着眼于CSCW技术与企业信息系统集成的体系结构及实施工作的关键,从技术和管理两个角度对这一集成问题作一初探。
The flatter, distributed and team - oriented organizations of the 1990s offer new opportunities for the exploitation of CSCW. However, business information system are faced with the constraints from traditional technology and the obstacles oonceming people, process, organization and culture issues while trying to incorporate such an advanced technology to improve organizational effectiveness. Enterprises must spare no efforts to overcome these difficult hurdles in order to achieve their strategic objective. Laying emphasis on the architecture and the key implementation issues, this paper takes a first look at the integration of CSCW technology and business information system from the standpoint of technology and management.
