摘要
蒲松龄以满腔朝代兴替之慨、民族压迫之恨和个人科场失意之怨忿,从一个底层乡村知识分子的视角,揭露了满清统治的腐败黑暗,发泄了一种"孤愤不平"之气。然而,在"文字狱"猖獗横行的康乾时代,面对残酷的镇压,人们普遍噤若寒蝉,蒲氏的刺贪讽世的创作愈发显出勇气和胆识。为了避开文网,他采取了幻化与变形、并置与对比、虚写与实写、影射与暗喻等曲笔手法,使作品既具有历史价值更富于文学魅力。
Sighing with the feeling of the changes of dynasties,having the hatred of nationality oppression,being discontented with his own failure in the imperial civil examination,Pu Songling,from his position of a country intellectual in the lower society,exposed the corrupted and dark governing of the Qing Dynasty,and aired his own grievances.However,in the years of Kangxi and Qianlong,literary inquisition controlled culture.Faced with the brutal oppression,most people kept silent,save Pu Songling,whose literary creation revealed his courage through his sarcasm of the corrupt officials and the reality.In order to avoid the persecution from the literary inquisition,he adopted the use of deliberate digression in his writing: magical change and transformation,juxtaposition and contrast,fables and facts,innuendoes and metaphors,which imparts historical value as well as literary charm to the work.
