当前河北新农村建设中水污染的现状、成因及对策研究

The Situation,Reason and Countermeasures for the Water Pollution in the Construction of New Countryside in Hebei Province

随着河北社会经济的不断发展,社会主义新农村建设所取得的成绩是有目共睹的。但与此同时,农村环境污染问题,特别是农村水污染问题日益凸现出来。农村水污染问题带来的危害与影响是巨大的,已经成为制约河北新农村建设继续推进的重要影响因素。在认真分析河北省农村水污染现状及其成因的基础上,提出需要从转变片面的发展观和政绩观、提升环境保护意识、大力发展生态农业和循环经济、加强农村环保基础设施建设、积极推动乡镇企业产业结构的调整升级以及构建有利于农村水污染防治的长效机制等方面做好工作。

Along with China＇s socio-economic unceasingly development,the achievements in the socialist countryside construction are obvious to all.But at the same time,the countryside environmental pollution problem,especially the water pollution in countryside,has been coming out day by day.The enormous harm and impact that has been brought about has become an important restriction factor to push forward China＇s new countryside construction.On the basis of a careful analysis of the causes of the water pollution in Hebei Province,the research group thinks that to solve this problem must transform the one-sided development view and the achievements view,promote environmental protection consciousness,develop vigorously ecological agriculture and circulation economy,strengthen the infrastructure in the countryside environmental protection construction,actively promote the adjustment and promotion of the industrial structure of the rural enterprise,and construct a long-term mechanism to prevent and control and so on.
