摘要
文中以《2006年海事劳工公约》为研究对象。首先从背景、内容、意义等方面入手综合研究海事劳工公约,进而针对我国现状引入PDCA管理理念,构建了相应的履约体系结构框架。最后遵循"计划(P)—实施(D)—检查(C)—处理(A)"的流程建立履约体系,为推进我国公约生效提供可行性方案。
This paper studies the Maritime Labour Convention 2006, including its background, contents and significance, and discusses about the introduction of the PDCA Cycle Theory into the framework to implement the Convention, following the procedure of “plan-do-check-act” to establish the implementation system, with a view to providing a feasible option for China to implement the Convention.
