文中结合国际公约及相关法律文件的要求及案例,探讨紧急情况下针对船舶压载水及沉积物的应急反应框架,为我国船舶压载水应急反应机制的建立和应急预案的制定提供参考。

This paper, based on the requirements of the international convention and relevanl laws and some case studies, discusses about the emergency response framework regarding the treatment of ship ballast water and sediments under emergent situation, with a view to providing some references for the establishment of the emergency response system to the ship ballast water and the development of emergency plan in our country.
