新时期苏南发展转型升级研究——以无锡市为例

目前,无锡处于经济国际化、区域城市化、新型工业化高度重合的关键阶段,面临着国际经济复杂多变的环境,过去那种过度依靠外来劳动力的"人口红利"支撑、依赖工业主导的发展;依靠政策优惠、土地资源等的创业模式已难以为继。在科学发展观指导下,无锡积极转变发展理念,创新发展模式,建设创新型经济领军城市和生态文明先驱城市,探索科学发展新路径,推动经济社会发展转型升级,构筑未来发展新优势,在科学发展的道路上,向率先实现基本现代化攀登。

At present,Wuxi is at the critical phase which the economical internationalization,the region urbanization,the new industrialization superpose highly.Faced with complex and volatile international economic environment,in the past that kind of development which excessively depended on foreign labor force,＂demographic dividend＂support,depended on industrial-led,and the entrepreneurial model which relied on preferential policies and land resources have been difficult to sustain.Under the guidance of scientific concept of development,Wuxi changes the development idea positively,innovates the development model,constructs the leading city of an innovationbased economy and the ecology civilized pioneer city,to explore a new path of scientific development,promote transformation and upgrading of economic and social development,build the new superiority in the future,climbing to the lead in achieving basic modernization in science the development of the road.
