摘要
上海外来从业人员综合保险具有自身特点,在一定发展阶段,对于保障外来人员权益和促进上海经济发展具有积极意义。最近出台的社保新政策允许非上海户籍的外来从业人员在上海缴纳城保,新政的出台是深思熟虑的结果,具体动因何在,前景如何,本文就此进行了分析。
There is the own characteristics of the Sh anghai comprehensive insurance of non-residence employees.There is the positive meaning one certain stage.It protects the rights and interests of foreign personnel,and promote economic development of Shanghai.The Shanghai Social Security recently issued a new policy to allow non-residence employees to join the urban social insurance,the new policy is the result of careful consideration.why is the New policy？ What is the future of the New policy？This paper analyzes these issues.
