摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,切实实践科学发展观,是当前社会建设面对的重大战略问题。社会主义市场经济条件下利益均衡机制的制度失衡已构成社会和谐发展的根本性障碍,更加注重社会公平,不断增促社会进步,必须重构制度安排,积极构建经济社会利益均衡发展的和谐机制。
Nowadays it is an important strategic problem to build a harmonious socialist society according to scientific outlook on development.The imbalance of social system of benefit equilibrium of socialist market economy has become fundamental obstacle of the harmonious society development so that it is necessary to pay more attention to rebuild harmoniously social system of benefit equilibrium for the sake of social fair and progress.
