构建现代民营企业诚信体系的路径选择

本文从当前民营企业诚信问题的现状出发,结合诚信作用机制的博弈分析,剖析民营企业诚信危机存在的原因,指出加强诚信建设是民营企业发展的关键,并由此提出构建民营企业诚信体系的思路及提高民营企业诚信度的策略,从而保障社会经济秩序的良性运行。

This article proceeds from the current sta tus of private enterprise credibility,combines game analysis of integrity mechanisms,analysises private enterprise credit crisis reasons for the existence,points out that strengthening the construction of credibility is the key to the development of private enterprises,and thus proposes to build the idea of private enterprise credit system and enhance the strategies of the integrity of private enterprises so as to protect the healthy operation of the socioeconomic order.
