Because of the energy shortage,especially the petroleum shortage,energy policy became an important part of the political,economic and diplomatic policies in every country.Energy drives economy,and constrains the scale and the speed of the economy.Energy security is critical to future economy.Establishing the energy strategy,taking the effective measures and decreasing the restriction from energy shortage would lead to the persistent economic growth.
