摘要
通过对房地产市场的收入弹性、价格弹性进行实证分析,并且引入城镇化指标,确定了房地产市场需求与城镇化的函数关系,从而对我国房地产市场政策做一个评价和建议。
Through the income elasticity of the real estate market,empirical analysis of price elasticity,and the introduction of indicators of urbanization,the real estate market to determine demand and the functional relationship between urbanization and thus the real estate market of China s policy of an evaluation and recommendations.
