FDI对我国自主创新能力促进作用的阶段性分析——以高技术产业为例

伴随WTO的进入,外资大量涌入,直接或间接地影响着我国高技术产业的自主创新能力。FDI在我国的发展,经历了不同阶段,本文根据产业经济学中的技术创新理论,采用实证分析方法,比较分析了引资政策调整阶段与完善阶段的FDI对我国高技术企业自主创新能力的影响。得出了外资对我国高技术产业自主创新能力的影响并不显著、企业发展自主创新能力必须依靠自身力量的结论,并提出相关的政策建议。

With China＇s accession to the WTO,foreign investment becomes larger.It impacts on the capability of independent innovation of high-tech industry in our country directly or indirectly.FDI has experienced different stages in China.Ihe paper analyzes the capability of independent innovation of high-tech enterprises during the two periods respectively based on industrial economics theory of technological innovation and using empirical analysis methods.Finally we find that the impact is not significant.And at the same time lt makes some relevant policy recommendations.
