A Pretreatment Technology of Direct Electroless Copper Plating on Steel Matrix

介绍了一种在A3钢上直接化学镀铜的预处理工艺,并通过实验考察和筛选得到了将除油除锈合二为一和化学抛光的较为理想的配方。除油除锈配方由无机酸+有机酸+络合剂+缓蚀剂+表面活性剂等物质组成;化学抛光配方由过氧化氢+有机酸+缓蚀剂等物质组成。A3钢基件经预处理后呈银白色,表面平整光洁发亮,光亮度达二级,为保证后续工艺化学镀铜的镀铜层质量提供了条件。

A pretreatment technology of direct electroless copper plating on steel A3 was presented in this paper. The optimum formula combining oil and rust removing into one for chemical polish was obtained by experimental investigation. This formula combining oil and rust removing was composed of inorganic acid, organic acid, complex agent, Corrosion inhibitor, surface active agent etc. The formula of chemi- cal polish was composed of H2 05 ＋ organic acid ＋ Corrosion inhibitor etc. A3 steel pieces were the silverwhite, shiny and smooth surface by pretreatment, the radiance reaches second - level, in order to ensure follow - up process of the electroless copper plating layer to provide conditions for quality.
